Physical Assessment  / Pharmacology Review  w/Lab and Clinical's

Purpose: Approved BON Remediation course designed to familiarize participants with techniques for obtaining a health history, procedures for performing a comprehensive/ focused assessment  of each body part and documenting data.

Course Description:

- Minimum of six (6) hour didactic

- 24- Hours clinical performing physical assessments on lie patients in a clinical setting

- Covers all systems of the body

Participant Requirements:

- Current Immunization

- Set of Purple scrubs

- Negative TB Skins test

- Negative drug screen

- Transportation to clinical and classroom

- Purple Scrubs

- Writing material

- Download, Print, Complete and Mail the Criminal Background Check and Drug and/or                 Alcohol Testing Consent Forms - Download Link

- Need to bring snack lunch with a drink, copy of your board order and an electronic               device to download your course material, no paper documents will be available at the               site.
